वित्तीय प्रबंधन से तात्पर्य पैसे के कुशल और प्रभावी प्रबंधन से है, जो संगठन के उद्देश्यों को पूरा करता है। वित्तीय प्रबंधक किसी संगठन के वित्तीय स्वास्थ्य के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं।  वे वित्तीय रिपोर्ट, प्रत्यक्ष निवेश गतिविधियों का उत्पादन करते हैं, और अपने संगठन के दीर्घकालिक वित्तीय लक्ष्यों के लिए रणनीति और योजना विकसित करते हैं।
